Purpose: move antenna to reduce noise on microbaro / trh; clean kh2o, routine.

kh2o cleaned: was reading very low yesterday/overnight but when
we arrived, rain in area with
before cleaning: ~490mV, after ~600mV
irt ok
rain was reading ok overnight when we did get a significant amount.

metppf/sdr uploaded
time not reset: gps battery kaput. Will do it next visit.
GOES antenna moved:
from south leg to a 'funky' installation limited by the length
of the rf cable. The new location is roughly straight west and below
the trh rather than immediately below it....
