10/20/03 13:45-14:10
Purpose: metppf had halted on day 275, I resurrected it on 290,
and checked that it was still running today....yes, it's ok.

- 130: Site_visit, Site 7, Sat 18-Oct-2003 09:09:45 EDT, st7: swap TRH, routine
10/17/03 13:20 - 14:30
TRH swapped: out=701, in=704
Reason, in the fast data previously examined, there is quite
a bit of noise on the trh. Uncertain what it's due to but
it's clearly not the GOES problem because the noise was continuous.
Result: after looking at fast data back at base.....
METPPF missing since day 275, last visit on ramdisk/card:
File save task was not running.
uploaded syslog.log.
Result: Examination of syslog reveals off-on problems with this
CPU including a few spurious interrupts and a few filestat errors
on 10/02 for the ramdisk.
During bootup on 10/7 (last visit) the ramdisk appeared to be
purged however the reported file-stat call indicated not enough
space available for the metppf file store so the process never
started up properly!
Need to swap CPU or check to make sure the ramdisk chips are
OK in their sockets.
Meanwhile:
Restarted it while on-site and it all looked good, saving to ramdisk
etc......will check later.
kh2o was at ~1500mV so we decided against lowering the mast.

Site visit to station 7, Sept 18; Kurt
Arrived at site 1440 GMT
R&R transmitter, still no transmission.
R&R cables & antenna, still no good.
Tried multiple combinations of transmitters, cables and antenna and
finally got station to transmit.
Suspect intermittent cable from SE 110 transmitter to EVE front panel,
but have no replacement at this time. Need to watch station for
possible transmit failure. Will test suspected bad SE 120 transmitter
at base.
Kurt tested SE 120 transmitter at base, 9/20/03. Transmitter is toast.
KH2O output = 452 mV at 1641 GMT
