- 264: Radiation, Site 2, Thu 20-Jun-2002 07:59:19 CDT, Rnet Coef Change on 6/18
06/18/02 ~18:05 Local
Rnet Coef. Changed per values shown on the Q7 s/n 91090:
Was: Up=9.35 Down=11.55
Now: Up=8.57 Down=10.53
The Q7 had been replaced on 6/13, 17:45 but the old coefficients
were still being used. Now they're OK and the post processing
adjustment can be confined to the approp. window; ie
6/13 22:45 - 6/18 23:00
Note: the coef. took effect at the 'reboot' time of ~23:05Z
Note: Tony recorded the new s/n as 91096 and I wrote down 91090
He might be correct because it was a little hard to see
this so it'd be a good idea to confirm it during teardown.
SEE also: entry 244
See also entry 102. The "now" coefficients above correspond to
those for Rnet 91096, which I removed from site 8 on 5/19/02. TWH

Site 2 was setup today. Here is some additional
information about the site.
Sonic serial number - 538
Sonic height - 3.43 m
Sonic angle - 85 degrees
Krypton serial number - 1133
Radiation stand height - 2.14 m
Everest serial number - 3389-3
Wind Prop/Vane serial number - 35500
profile box number - 6
TRH serial number - 005
TWH added the following from an email from SRS:
We had to make a few changes to the layout at site 2.
(1) The angle from the tripod to the rad stand is 230 degrees. At 240
degrees, the mast in a down position was close to the dark horse so we
moved the dark horse more toward the south.
(2) The rain gauge, due to cable length, is about 2 meters due east of
the profile box.
(3) The profile box is 4 meters due NNW, 335 degrees, of the west leg
of the dark horse.
