Logged into the base from NCAR:
ndaqstatus ragwort reported that the number of samples/sec from
channel 219 was near 0, but the number of reads/sec was near 20.
Deduced that the campbell logger on the motion sensors
had been switched to binary mode, which would cause ndaq to
fail to recognize samples correctly.
Changed channel_config and prep.config.
sio_msg_format for channel 219 is now whoi_bin_6l, instead of
cr10_6x, and the cal function is now campbell_binary.
Channel 218 (wavehts) is still not coming in, but it is now
configured in channel config to use whoi_bin_3l.
Did "ndaqrestart ragwort"
Now see these values from 219:
prep -D acc.x.5.6m,acc.y.5.6m,acc.z.5.6m,rate.x.5.6m,rate.y.5.6m,rate.z.5.6m
