- 37: temp_rh, Site stn6, Tue 01-Aug-2000 17:19:59 PDT, TRH Swapped
The previous sensor was reporting bad temps (extremely high) during the
day. The spare trh was installed.
Old: s/n 1 (ie not reporting actual board #)
New: s/n 704
Note: 704 had been reported as not working on the sbus although it was
today. Keep an eye on it...
PS. 3 Aug by spo:
The new sensor has been working fine.

- 51: temp_rh, Site stn3, Fri 04-Aug-2000 19:07:23 PDT, TRH swap / Possible EVE problems
The TRH has not been working for a few days.
Arriving at station confirmed no reply on the sbusdebug.
Attempted to 'stop' eve and got:
memPartFree: Invalid block 0x157d04 in partition 0x70392
at that point the watchdog/reset board did it's thing but the
reboot failed with the same errors
memPartFree: Invalid block 0x16b078 in partition 0x70392
power cycling the box brought everything back up including the
trh.
To be on the safe side I swapped the trh anyway
Old TRH: #702
New TRH: #703
Possible EVE memory problem:
The trh was down during the hot part of the day during the last 4
days.
Note: This station has the eve electronics box mounted laying down
rather than the normal upright configuration. This could
increase the heating on the eve boards.
- 62: temp_rh, Site stn8_cosmos, Sun 06-Aug-2000 19:01:34 PDT, Tsfc*4 added, sort-of
I installed the 4 tsfc infrared temp. sensors as follows:
tsfc1 at 10cm above ref. pointing south
tsfc2 at about 40 cm. pointing 30-deg out from base to north
tsfc3 at 50cm above ref. pointing north
tsfc4 at 50cm above ref. pointing south
Ref = top height of ridges.
However....
the CR10 logger is reporting all -39.00 for these values.
There appears to be a programming or wiring error based
upon where the connections are vs. the comment in the
program listing. Unfortunately this is a CR10, not 10x
so it needs to have a prom written to retain any changes
in the program.
More later...
Note: I need to verify the 30-degree angle and the level
of the other sensors. 2 of them do not have the adjusting
knobs and tsfc3 is loose and pointing a little above horizontal.
