Technician Notes:
Satcom phone died right away with a newly-charged battery.
DPT was started late and took some time to stabilize.
After replacing Iridium battery I could not get AC_tracker to connect. Cycled power on phone and AC_tracker, but no good. Had to reboot the whole system, but still no good.
After reboot I balanced DPT and it started working.
I ended up swapping the phones to fix Iridium.
DPT readings still questionable.
