Flight RF07 was done between Syracuse and Watertown, NY, immediately east
of Lake Ontario.  There were several layer clouds encountered from near the
surface to 7000 ft.  The clouds contained no ice (at least we didn't observe
any), but vigorous drizzle was observed in many parts.  Flight legs for aerosol
sampling was done in between and above the cloud legs, but the situation was
somewhat complicated as the layers appeared affected by wave-like motion.
