NOTES

Weather

-        Storms started forming along a cold front that had pushed southeast of Norman

-        The storms farthest west were elevated with cloud bases at 16,000 MSL

-        Storms further east were rooted in the moist boundary layer

Maintenance

-        Oil temperature climbed to approximately 100 C on climb out.  Decreased 20 - 30 C while in cloud.

-        Video picture was intermittent throughout the flight

o        Appeared to be a loose connection since timestamp was not degradated

Operations

-        Coordination with ops went well

-        Communications were clear using the new ops headset

-        Using clock positions for calling out relative storms worked well
