The meeting will be held at the NCAR Center Green Campus, Boulder Colorado on Thursday and Friday 24-25 April 2008


Goals of the meeting:

1. Begin the process of preparing a Science Plan Overview document, elaborate the hypotheses driving the science (possibly based on the attached document),
and identify individuals who will work to write the document in the required time frame.

2. Identify specific NCAR observing facilities that could be used, and how they can serve to address the science questions.

3. Develop an Experiment Design Overview document and a request for instruments (to NSF)
