INDOEX Logistic Bulletin: Personal Information


This is a request for information needed by the Project Office for emergency contacts during the INDOEX field phase. All INDOEX personnel who will be participating in the field activities should submit their information in person at the INDOEX Operations Center in Hulule. If any of your information changes, please submit these changes to the Operations Center staff as well.

This information will be kept confidential and is for emergency use only by the INDOEX Operations Center staff.

The information will be centralized in a data base and maintained at the Operations Center in Malé; a file will also be maintained at the JOSS office in Boulder, Colorado. This information will be helpful to field personnel as well as to those at home. If you are trying to locate a colleague who is in the field, you may contact the Operations Center to find him/her. If your home institution or family is trying to contact you, they may simply call the Operations Center or the JOSS office. This information is especially beneficial for those who will be moving between various sites during the project, and it is essential in the case of emergencies in the field or at home.
