Shipping Instructions From Salina, KS to Broomfield, CO
(Return to NCAR)

This shipment will be for any aircraft or science equipment that will have to go back to Boulder after DC3. This shipment will be open to all investigators associated with the GV. NCAR will stage equipment at the Salina Airport. The trucks will leave from Salina on Monday, 2 July and arrive at Broomfield on 3 July.

Please note:
  1. Any equipment you plan on sending from Salina to Broomfield will need to be properly packed, labeled and itemized by Sunday, 1 July.
  2. A list of all hazmat material & compressed cylinders, including the appropriate MSDS, must be emailed to NCAR (Kerry Slaven) by Sunday, 1 July.
  3. All hazmat must be packed separately from other equipment. Proper packing and labeling is required for all hazmat and radioactive sources.
