We make these in situ CO2 data freely available to the public and the 
scientific community in near real-time to encourage their use and maximize 
their utility, under the following conditions:
 
     1) Users of these data must recognize their conditional and often 
        preliminary nature.  Values will change in the future in response 
        to post-deployment cylinder recalibrations and may change in response 
        to any discoveries of measurement bias.  Users should check back 
        frequently to be sure they are working with the most up-to-date version
        of the data.
 
     2) Users must inform ABC of the nature of their work and include the
        data providers in discussions of the results.  If the data are 
        to be used in a publication or presentation the providers must be 
        included as co-authors and XYZ should be acknowledged for supporting 
        the measurements.  As this project matures and the novelty of the data 
        diminishes we will relax this requirement.
