Connect HP meter across Sense resistor

Connect 2nd HP meter across R3 on the Meeco board

Signal still seems to jump when solenoids activated. 

Disconnect both solenoids and no jump when channels activated, so seems to be a voltage draw-down thing

Switch to switching 7812 (SR7812), and better. Still shifts by ~ 0.2 ppm

Connect Lambda power supply set to 12 VDC to input to WD. Gnd to 24 VDC ground rail @ R3. 16:127
