N2 loop run first:  looks dry
Start loop with CB10260, but no flow
Connnect CB10144 (slated to be O2 Secondary diptubed and evac'd then filled to
200 psi with TRANSFAC) to CGA/ball valve
Started 1/30/0/<60 loop @ ~14:15
