MED:
19:20:~ During Prepurge, flask positions 23, 29 showed good fill for first 40 seconds, and then unusual dips
	in flow and fill pressure (via MED_PSA).  This didn't show up during flask leak check.
	Checked for leaks, and found that flask lines were strained because flasks moved slightly during takeoff.
	Relieved tension by slightly adjusting sample lines.
19:38:~ After seeing the same slight drop in PSA and P1 at a fairly regular interval while just purging sample 1
	it has become obvious problem is the result of flying at a height just at our inlet pressure set point.
	Occasionally, when we get just high enough, the inlet P controller struggles for a few seconds to control
	and then succeeds.
	Conclusion: no issue with flasks or system, as originally thought.
