22:42 Have noted several o2 rises/CO2 dips that correspond with 
	elevations in anthro tracers. So, not just an anthrop airmass
	Seems like this is probably a stratospheric fold. 
	Given that values are quite depleted in CO2 
	(6-7 ppm, then 7-8 ppm, and seem to be getting larger)
	this may be not only strat air, but strat air entrained up from 
	Southern Hemisphere. Fred helped think this through.
