15:13 Turned off WT to SP and WT lines, turned off lamp.  Our departure has been delayed to 12:30 Local, 17:30 zulu.
16:59 Opened valves and started flow again.  17:01 lighted lamp.
19:00 O2 signal drops fairly quickly, coming into boundary layer.  Quite big diff, of roughly 130 to 105
19:02 PCab spikes from 680 to 740 torr (signal cal unkown)
19:33 Noticing quite marked chnges in O2.  It jumped up at 19:31 a bit, but jumped quite largely at 18:52, 19:00, 19:09 (ish).  Doesn't seem to correlate with PCab, which did jump at 19:02
20:00:45 Manuallt controlled back to sample to get this very polluted air mass we're going through.  Missed the middle part of it, but it should now 
20:03:45 restored Auto Control because data isn't coming out after man control.  Still not showing on AEROS.

23:56 Noted that we are going over the ITCZ at the moment.  Bug cloud bank seems to cut toward us from the left at roughly a 45 degree angle.  Possibility of Distinct signals here

17:35 Have toggled valves open/then closed to see if MEDCO2, MEDH2O signals are climbing because of flow through system or a leak.
21:42 Closed Valves on flasks 1-12 because it will be another half hour or more until 16 is done.

23:21 Trap has plugged up pretty badly, so I have removed upstream trap.  Flow has returned fairly well to about 9.5V, 3000
