GENERAL:
Anchorage has ~ 50 ppm elevated CO2 and a sharp transition on climbout
~19:28  Low over Fairbanks.  Barely dipped into ~ 5 ppm CO2 increase.
20:33:58 Low over Deadhorse.  ~ 3 ppm of CO2 increase.
21:21:20 Low.  CO2 up by ~ 2 ppm at ~5 kft.  CO and CO2 dips correlated on way down and up - saved png.  Also saw CO and CO2 dip betweeen 18 and 20 kft.
22:34  At 80 N and 31 kft. turning around.


AO2:
At start of flight, CO2 analogue to DSM is offscale low.  ~18:53:30 ~5 min after take-off, paused program and dropped co2output cutoff to 100 and added 300.  ~18:55:30 ~2 min later, changed adder to 130.
~23:40:40 switched to MAN, back to SA for climb.
23:52:35 back to AUTO, starts purging LS.
00:44:15-00:44:45 blew 100 % CO2 on inlet fittings.  No signal change.  Looks good.

MEDUSA:
In preflight, tried to estimate Pup/Pdown combos for 760 torr, but did not have our inline pressure gauge available.  Guessed 140/400 and 80/670.
Forgot to close Box 1 flasks until after all sampling done. . .
23:45, climbing through 40 kft on flask 30, flow dropped off.  23:48 reset control to Pup = 80, Pdown = 670, waited 15 minutes to sample.
~00:20 after last sample, turned off Valve box, turned off pump, and closed flasks 1-32.
~00:29 briefly opened both upstream and downstream controllers to see passive flow and pull pressure down, then closed both controllers for a bypass line leak check (to bypass)

00:53  Started pump back up to do CO2 test, running at 80/670 through bypass at 1700 sccm.
00:54:50 powered Valve Box back up to read CO2.
~01:06:15-01:06:57 blew 100% CO2 on inlet fittings, at ~30 kft.  CO2 went up by ~ 2 ppm, but also on AO2, so looks real.  Another 15 sec of 100% CO2 from 01:09:10-01:09:25.  Nothing on signal.  Looks good.


TO DO:
Calibrate AO2 Li840 and adjust D/A offset
Add D/A offset to AO2 stat.
New MEDUSA Pup/Pdown matrix with pressure gauge.
Fix MEDUSA leak thru bypass valve
Inspect MEDUSA pump box rotor (and/or leakcheck for crossport)
6-way to Pump box leak on MEDUSA still exist?
Fix PaSP leak on AO2.
Redo checksheets.
Decide on kft vs meters for targeting.
