GPS coordinates for S-Pol in WISP04 were derived after a multi-week
integration of the S-Pol transmitter van GPS receiver.  Checks of the
coordinates on two consecutive days showed no change in the numbers,
to the fourth decimal place in the reported "minutes" of lat/lon.
Elevation was stable to the nearest meter.

The correct position to use is the one shown in the document that
referenced this page.
