LICOR SENSORS:
The licor sensors have been added to the
system at about 23:30 GMT. These sensors have been
added to routine covar_marigold which will be restarted
at 00:00 GMT day 58. Preprocess has also been modified
with the correct coefficients. Below is a table providing
pertinent information.

"cmp_epli" is a plot to display the
difference between the epply psp sensors and the
licor. The user has the option to diplay the licor
data on the y axis and the psp on the x or they may
wish to display the difference (psp-licor) on the
y axis and psp on the x. One must also choose if they
wish to look at in coming or out going radiation.
USAGE: cmp_epli <-o -i> <-d>
if <-d> is left out, then a plot of psp vs licor
will be presented.

PYRGEOMETER SENSORS:
The pygs were removed by Tony at 08:30 - 08:50 on Friday 1 March
and taken to the lab for temperature calibration.
The pygs were added back into the system today, Saturday 2 March
around 22:30 GMT. They are now sending data for tdome and
tcase. Software is being worked on to make the data useful.
Below is the amplifier/filter settings and channel
assignment. In addition are the calibration coefficients.
For more infor on the calibration as Steve S.

ERROR in PYG TEMPS;
Looking at today's data, there is
an error in the calculation of pyg. temperatures.
From my testing it appears to be in the way the
coefficients are pass to the calibration routine.
With coeficients of 1, thigns calculate correctly.
We shall find a solution tomorrow!

Charlie made the change to the parsing
routine to accept the temperature coefficients.
Xcockpit, covar, and xstrip have been re-compiled
to accept the new preprocess routine with the correct
parsing software.
