- 100: Temp_RH, Site all stns, Wed 26-Dec-2001 12:13:04 MST, temperature event?
For a few hours before dawn this morning, the bare and sage temperatures were
several degrees colder than at the main tower. The only quick explanation I
can come up with is that the main tower was in a different air mass than the
other two stations.

The TRH fans were swapped out with low-temp silicon oil.

We now have in the trailer two "spare" T/RHs. One is 704 which I just removed
from the tower at 20m due to temperature readings that were 0.2 C low (the
profile looks MUCH better now).
The other is 703 which Steve had removed from 2m a while back. Steve said that
the fan was bad. I took it apart and found that the ribbon cable was cut. I
spliced in a section of normal cable, but noticed some bare insulation on the
wires directly connected to the fan. I didn't patch these. Thus, 703 should
now be considered a working spare, though it should have a better repair job
sometime.
- 69: Temp_RH, Site tower, Sat 08-Dec-2001 10:11:28 MST, T/RH swapped ~11/30
Shortly before he left, either 11/30 or 12/1, Steve Semmer swapped T/RHs at
2m. 004 replaced 703.
