Due to human error (who me?) we've lost all web cam photos for Feb 14-16.

I figured out how to talk to the axis network camera from Boulder.

I made these changes (the gain change was recommended by tech support
at axis.com):

  Raised gain from 10dB to 22dB  (other choices are 10,16,22,48)
  Changed brightness from 8 to 10  (choices are 0...15)

  Changed resolution of FTP'd photos from 704x480 to 352x240 in
  order to avoid the file truncation problem.
